Come join us at the 2025 Spring Pinehurst and San Sebastian Cemeteries Cleanup on Saturday, April 5th, from 8 am - 12 noon.
We will honor those who came before us by cleaning up around the individual graves and cleaning headstones in two of the oldest African American cemeteries in Florida.
Please help us spread the word about this cleanup event so we can make a bigger difference at the historic cemeteries. Even if you cannot attend, sharing this flyer is a great help.
What to expect:
☆ We will be cleaning up around the individual graves.
☆ We will be cleaning headstones with a special solution.
☆ We will be weeding, removing storm debris, and cutting overgrown vegetation. ☆ Family-friendly event
☆ If possible, please bring gloves, gardening tools such as clippers, cutters, weed trimmers, rakes, etc.
☆ After the event, all volunteers are invited to a community bbq with great southern cooking and more provided by members and friends of the West Augustine Improvement Association.
